Cipro & Lyme

Cipro is a very effective but extremely dangerous antibiotic which causes tendon rupture - this has nothing to do with an interaction between Lyme infection and the antibiotic. Evidence that FQs (cipro and other fluoroquinolones) cause tendon ruptures has been ignored by the FDA for years.
